Q. I want customized product of my own choice?

Q. Which payment method can I use after filling the checkout form?

A. You possibly can choose the payment through PayPal, and Credit Card. 

Q. Can I return the product if I don’t like it or if it does not fit me perfectly?

A. As we are running a professional website so in order to build relationship with you we have a 30 day return policy. Any exchange with another prodct or a full money back guarantee is assured within this time period. But in case of your own customized design, this policy doesn’t apply.

 

Q. I have chosen a jacket but I am not sure about its size if it will fit me or not?

A. We have a size chart page in which you can easily select the best size that fits you. If you have any doubt after even by looking at the size chart feel free to contact us through our email danyleathers1@gmail.com. Select the product through the checkout form andfor  by selecting “Custom-Size” option, mail us your query and we will get you your perfect size.

 

Q. How long does it take for shipping a jacket and be delivered at my home?

The shipping time is normally 7-10 working days. But sometimes it can take about 15 days for your order to be shipped depending on the shipping services like DHL, Fedex,  TNT, etc. When the shipping has arrived, it takes at least 3 days for the product to be at your doorstep.

 

Q. No size is available in the list for me, is there any chance of ordering the item custom built?

A. Email us for “Custom-Size” which allows you to order  us to build a jacket of whatever size you like.Either you can comment your exact size when you are checking out or you can email us at danyleathers1@gmail.com the size that you require. Sizes include Chest Size, Waist Size, Height, and Weight.


Q. What is the shipping time for processing the customized built orders?

A. As for your customized ordered product, it may take at least 15 to 20 days to be shipped as we receive your quoted measurements which are a bit time consuming.

 

Q. Is free shipping option applicable for US, UK, CANADA and dubai?

A. Definitely free shipping is applicable for US, UK, Canada and dubai also also all other countries when any offer or event is running.

 

Q. What choice do I have if my order does not arrive on time?

A. We email you the date at which your order is going to arrive so wait at least the given date to receive your product.

We have made some changes in time for shipping. For further confirmation read our email for the exact arrival date.

Q. If I get a faulty product, what should I do next?

A. We don’t want any delay in resolving the matter where our customers receive a faulty product.

The moment you observe the fault in your product, contact our Customer Care instantly by attaching:

  • The order number
  • Product name and number
  • Stating the fault

  We shall contact you within a day and replace your item with a new one as soon as possible.
